Nettle - Dried Leaf

Nettle leaves (Urticia Dioica) are harvested fresh during Spring and Fall of each year during the early stages of the plants growth cycle. 

It’s herbal energetics are cooling and drying. Bland and slightly bitter. It can help heal the urninary tract, our blood and the immune system. It acts as an ant-inflammatory, antihistamine, alterative, diuretic, and nutritive tonic. 

Nettles are rich in iron and help build the blood. In general they can help improve our health and well-being. 

These leaves were gathered and harvested fresh on our off-grid Herb Farm.
