Lemon Balm - Dried Leaf

Lemon Balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) are harvested fresh during Spring-Fall of each year during the early stages of the plants growth cycle. 

It’s herbal energetics are cool, sour and spicy and has an affinity to the nervous system. It acts as a nervine, (mild) antidepressant, antiviral, antispasmodic, carminative, diaphoretic and a mild sedative.

Lemon Balm is restorative to the nervous system and is helpful for improving our mood, relieving nervous tension and anxiety, or sleep issues.

These leaves were grown and harvested fresh on our off-grid Herb Farm.
