Blessed Spring Equinox, Ostara & the beginning of Aries season! With the visible daylight lengthening, new growth of Valerian, Motherwort, Lemon Balm and Comfrey emerging, and the beautiful birdsong on the fresh air returning, the unfurling of Spring has finally begun out here in the Squamish Valley.
As we bear witness to the leafing out of the new buds on bushes and trees, may we also remember to hold ourselves gently through our own mirrored process of unfolding, as we collectively move out of our caves and warm up from the cold chill of Winter, and we send new shoots of possibility out into the world.
