Life lately looks like connecting my senses to nature with wild creek dips, tending the growing Herb Farm and the first smells of the newly bloomed Wild Roses.

After so many years getting to know this land, I’m only now truly seeing the more subtle cycles play out in the natural world and within myself at certain times of the year, like cosmic clockwork, but the most grounded, earthly kind. When the seasonal creek still flows, and I can cool off in its healing waters before it dries up come summer. To the little flutter my heart does when my eyes spot the first Wild Rose of the season and she asks me to take it home.

Harvesting bowlfuls of Dandelion and Elderflower and restocking our beloved Lemon Balm Tincture, while witnessing the growth of the Marshmallow and Elecampane rows out in the big field planted last year. The days are becoming longer and my plate is feeling as full as my knowing of being blessed by every single moment, even the most challenging ones.

May you take your sweet self outside each and everyday, and notice what natural cycles you see repeating in the world around you, hug those you love and always remember to count your blessings.
